Who we are
Speech Castle ABA ("Speech Castle ABA," "we," "us") is an ABA therapy practice based in New Jersey. This privacy policy applies to information collected through speechcastleabanj.com and the contact and careers forms hosted on it. It does not cover the separate clinical record-keeping practices that govern our active client and employee relationships — those are addressed in your service or employment agreement.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect:
- Contact form: the name, email, phone number, your child's age (optional), and the message you choose to send us.
- Careers form: the name, email, phone, position you're applying for, the resume file you upload, and a brief cover message.
We don't collect protected health information (PHI) through this site. Don't share clinical details, diagnoses, or sensitive medical history through the contact form. If we engage further, we'll move that conversation into a secure intake process.
We use Vercel Analytics for basic, anonymized traffic data (page views, country-level location, referring source). We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to:
- Respond to your inquiry or application
- Verify your insurance benefits, if you ask us to
- Schedule a consultation if it's a fit
- Track our internal pipeline (anonymized counts, status of follow-ups)
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share it with marketers. We don't use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of the last meaningful interaction (most recent reply, scheduled call, or service start). Careers form submissions are retained for up to 18 months unless you ask us to keep them longer for future opportunities, or you become a hire.
Once retention expires we delete the record from our database. Backups roll off on a 90-day schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you from this site at any time. Email [privacy@speechcastleabanj.com — pending] with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie (or local-storage equivalent) to remember your theme preference (light or dark). That's it. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no cross-site identifiers.
Children
This site is for adults inquiring about services on behalf of their children, or for prospective hires. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
